Happy birthday!!

I have been planning to cook a simple yet romantic birthday dinner for Adrian, just the three of us.

But it seems to be difficult to fulfill just to cook my specialty and also Adrian's favourite- spaghetti balognese. I remember everytimes we go out for meal,i always order spaghetti balognese and he 100% complaint without fail and say " Dear, your spaghetti is still the best, that's why i never order spaghetti everytimes we eating out." Feel flattered and shame on myself at the same time. So glad that he appreciates my cook, shame on me that i am disqualified to be a useful wife.

Juggling between work and look after Tiffany have taken most of my time. I have to mention that Tiffany is not just an ordinary toddler but an extremly hyper energetic one. She just can't be out of sight for even a sec,as she will definately do some stunt to stop my heart from beating.

So a simple housechore like cooking seems to be an impossible mission to me ,because she will stick next to me pulling my pants and pushing me away from the stove, demanding me to play with her or sitting next to her seeing her play.

I do hope i will have chance to prepare and cook a simple dinner for Adrian tomorrow, only if Tiffany is in a good mood and willing to play on her own. Keep my finger crossed.

Sound so stressful? Its challenging...my life is so much different and delightful with both of them around. Even though me and Adrian barely have intimate time together due to his hectic schedule and also my full attention for Tiffany.

Here is the menu i specially prepare for him,

1 Starter- Chicken mushroom potato soup
2 Main course- Spaghetti balognese with melted cheese coating on top
3 Dessert- Choc banana cake from secret recipe
4 Drinks- Sparkling juice
( Instead of champaign or red wine, i choose sparking juice as i am still breastfeeding, i will prefer non alcohol beverage.)

Hmm... the menu seems perfect and simple for me. So wish me luck, hope i can fulfill this simple task and give Adrian a first memorable birthday dinner together with his both lovely queen and princess.
